Copy the link of a public character and paste it. LifeSim reads the public page. LifeSim is not made by Y/n and is not connected to it. The import only reads what you give it.

How to get the link in Y/n

Open the story on yn.app in your browser.
Copy the link from the address bar. It starts with yn.app/chat/ and then the name of the story.
On a phone, open the same story on yn.app in the browser, and copy the link there.

Good to know about Y/n

The story must be public. LifeSim reads the title of the story, its premise, and the name and the description of each character.

In a Y/n story, you are Y/n, the main character. In LifeSim, you play your own character, and the people of the story live around you. The premise helps LifeSim write who they are to you.

One link brings up to 6 characters. A life can start with you and up to 15 other people.

LifeSim reads no pictures from a Y/n page. It draws the looks from the descriptions, and you can change each person in the builder.

If a link doesn't work, copy the text of one character and paste it instead, with screenshots.

Contenido y privacidad

LifeSim está clasificado para mayores de 13 años. El contenido sexual nunca se transfiere. Cuando un personaje tiene algo, la importación lo omite y te lo indica. Cuando un personaje se basa en contenido sexual, la importación lo rechaza y no se añade nada.

Los personajes menores de 18 años no obtienen detalles románticos o sexuales. Las personas importadas pasan las mismas comprobaciones que cualquier cosa que escribas en el creador.

LifeSim plays on a 3D map of the real Earth. After the import, the builder shows your new life. Change the city to any real place, and the people you import live there with you. For example, live with the characters of your Y/n story in London, Tokyo, or New York.

You don't need an export file. Copy the link of the story (yn.app/chat/…) and paste it in LifeSim. LifeSim reads the characters from the public page.

Can I play as Y/n in LifeSim?

You play your own character, made in the builder. To be Y/n, give your character the name and the past you have in the story. The characters of the story become the people around you.

Do my Y/n chats come over?

No. The chats and the choices of your story stay in Y/n. The people start fresh in LifeSim.

Why did only some characters come in?

One import writes up to 6 people. Import the story again, or add the others one by one with their text.
