To get the Cat Lady ribbon in BitLife, play as a woman who never marries and own at least 30 cats over her life, with fewer than 5 pets of other kinds. Without Bitizenship or a house you can keep only three cats at a time, so a farm, a ranch or Bitizenship makes it much faster.
