Lifebits are a non-refundable, non-redeemable virtual currency with no real-world value.

When you purchase Lifebits, you agree to waive your EU right to a 14-day digital content refund, as they are delivered immediately.

General Retention Policy

The length of time for which we retain information depends on the purposes for which we collected and use it and your choices, after which time we may delete and/or aggregate it. Popular Content

If content you create has been made available to other users or has become popular, then we reserve the right to preserve that content's characteristics and to keep that content active on the Services, even if you otherwise delete your data and your account. We do this to avoid impacting the experience of other users. To ensure that we do not retain information about you when this occurs, please avoid submitting any such information as part of the content creation flow if you are creating content that you plan to make available to others.

Your Control

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for the purposes described above.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites or services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information by third parties will be subject to the privacy policies of the third-party websites or services, and not this Policy. 13. Fictional Content & User Responsibility

LifeSim is a fictional simulation. All content — including characters, events, relationships, outcomes, and dialogues — is imaginary and AI-generated or user-influenced.

You are responsible for your actions and the consequences of your choices. We are not liable for any damages, losses, choices or any other outcomes resulting from your use of LifeSim.

By using LifeSim, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Nothing in the simulation represents real people, real events, or real advice.
  • You are fully responsible for how you interact with or interpret content generated within the simulation.
  • We do not accept liability for any emotional, psychological, moral or material impact arising from in-game scenarios, including those involving sensitive or mature topics.

If you encounter content you believe violates our rules or is harmful, report it immediately!

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update in this Policy. If we make a material change to the Policy, you will be provided with appropriate notice in accordance with legal requirements such as by email or prominent posting on our website or mobile application. By continuing to use the Services, you are confirming that you have read and understood the latest version of this Policy.
