Which Sims 4 expansion pack should I get first?

Which Sims 4 pack should I buy?

Answer 5 questions about how you play, and the quiz ranks the 21 expansion packs for you. The top three are your shortlist, with what each one adds.

1. What do you spend most of your time on?

2. Where do you want to live?

3. Who is your favorite Sim to play?

4. What would you add to the base game first?

5. How do you like your stories?

Answer the questions to see your packs.

How the quiz picks

Each pack has a few themes: family, careers, romance, animals, nature, city, occult, building, teens, money, travel, and drama. Each answer points at one or two themes. A pack scores a point for every theme it shares with your answers, and the three highest scores are your list. Change any answer and the list updates.

If two packs tie, the older one comes first, because it has had more patches and more sales. Check the price before you buy: expansion packs go on sale several times a year, and the guide to the first pack to buy explains what to check.
