A doctor life simulator is a game where you live the life of a doctor, at work and at home. LifeSim lets you play a doctor in a real city on a 3D map of Earth. You talk to people in your own words, and they remember you. It is free and runs in the browser.

How to play a doctor in LifeSim

  1. Describe your character as a doctor in the text box, for example "Dr. Lena Ortiz, 34, an ER doctor".
  2. Name a city in the same text, such as Boston or London. The game reads it and puts you there.
  3. Use place search to find a real hospital or clinic on the map, and go there.
  4. Talk to nurses, patients, and friends in your own words. They keep a journal and remember what you said.

Can I do surgery or treat patients step by step?

No. LifeSim has no medical mini-games. Your work is part of the story you write. People react to you as a doctor when you talk to them.

Is there a doctor career ladder in LifeSim?

No. LifeSim has no career ladder, salary, or promotions. If you want a career ladder, The Sims 4 has careers with levels.

Can I work at a real hospital?

You can find real hospitals on the map with place search and go there. The hospital is a real place on the map, not a building with rooms inside.
