How do you have twins in BitLife?
How to have twins in BitLife
Twins in BitLife are mostly luck, but the Fertility menu helps. Artificial Insemination, for female characters, and IVF, which you ask your partner for, both give a much higher chance of twins or triplets. To pick twins or triplets for sure, buy the Golden Pacifier, a paid item in the BitLife Marketplace.
Steps
- Get to adult age. If your character is female, go to Activities, then Fertility, and go off birth control, since birth control prevents pregnancy.
- For a female character, choose Artificial Insemination in the Fertility menu. If it works, you become pregnant with a much higher chance of twins or triplets.
- With a partner, choose IVF in the Fertility menu and ask them. They will likely say no, and if it fails you must wait until the next year to try again.
- Age up to see the birth. If it is one baby, try again in a later year.
- For a sure result, buy the Golden Pacifier from the BitLife Marketplace in the main menu. When a baby comes, a Golden Pacifier option appears next to the usual choices.
- In the Golden Pacifier menu, pick twins or triplets, plus the gender and a Special Talent if you like. The babies are born when you age up.

Tips
- Artificial Insemination with a partner often starts an argument, unless you are in a same-sex relationship.
- IVF works for male characters too: you ask your female partner, and she becomes pregnant if it succeeds.
- Some diets also prevent pregnancy for female characters, so check your diet if nothing happens.
- The Golden Pacifier also lets a character have a baby at any adult age, past the normal fertility limit.
- No source gives exact odds for twins, so expect several tries without the Golden Pacifier.
