The Sims 4 Get Together

Get Together is the second expansion pack for The Sims 4, from December 2015. It adds clubs, the world of Windenburg, the DJ Mixing skill, and the Dancing skill. Clubs are the main part: groups of up to 8 Sims with their own rules and activities.

We opened the EA page, the Steam page, Wikipedia, and four fan guides on November 4, 2026. The facts below come from these pages, unless we name another source. We did not play the pack for this post.

Steam also sells The Sims 4 Collection, a bundle of 49 items that includes Get Together. The price of the bundle changes often, so check the page.

A club is a group of Sims who meet, follow rules, and earn points together. Sims of child age and older can make a club or join one. You make a club from the Social Group tab. Since the update of January 14, 2025, clubs are in the default section of the social groups panel.

Make a club

1. Open the Social Group tab of your Sim.
2. Make a new club. Your Sim is its leader.
3. Set the name, the symbol, and the description.
4. Set the rules for new members, for example an age, a trait, or a skill.
5. Pick the activities that the club likes, and the activities that it does not allow.
6. Pick a hangout: the lot where the club meets.
7. Invite Sims, or let Sims ask to join.

How many Sims can be in a club?

A club starts with 6 members. Two perks raise the limit to 7 and then to 8. So a full club has one leader and 7 members.

Gatherings and club points

A club meets at a gathering, in its hangout. During a gathering, the members do the club activities and earn club points. The club spends the points on perks. Members can also do chores together, and they can overthrow the leader.

What do club perks cost?

These costs come from Sims Community, from the week of the release. Later patches can change them. Snooty Sims says that the game has no cheat for club points.

The pack has 11 premade clubs, on the Sims Community clubs guide:

• Vanguardistas
• Gnomos de Jardim
• Knights of the Hedge, who meet at the Von Haunt Estate
• League of Adventurers, for children
• Paragons
• Partihaus, at The Narwhal Arms
• Powerhouse
• Renegados
• Spin Masters, at Discotheque Pan Europa. It asks for DJ Mixing or Dancing at level 2, and it is invite only.
• The Good Timers, for teens to elders, at The Shrieking Llama
• The Upper Crusts

The basement of The Shrieking Llama is private to The Good Timers, KeenGamer says. Your Sim can join a premade club, or make a new one.

Windenburg is a European town with 4 neighborhoods and 3 special lots. It has 27 lots, and 14 of them are residential.

The neighborhoods

• Windslar, with The Shrieking Llama bar.
• Olde Platz, with Quad Manor (a library), Old Quarter Inn (a bar), The Narwhal Arms (a nightclub), and South Square Coffee.
• The Crumbling Isle.
• Lykke Centre, with Harbor Quarter Gym, the Bathe de Rill pool, Discotheque Pan Europa, the Hare and Hedgehog café, and Hare Square park.

The special lots

• The Bluffs: an island next to The Crumbling Isle, with a natural pool and a campfire. A secret path leads there.
• The Ancient Ruins: you go in through a gate in the wall of Olde Platz.
• The Von Haunt Estate: a hedge maze, gardens, and ghosts.

Mixagem de DJ

DJ Mixing has 10 levels. Your Sim learns it at a DJ booth, not from books. At level 6, your Sim can remix and upgrade the booth. At level 8, your Sim can license mix tapes, which pay royalties each day at 10 am for a week. At level 10, your Sim gets the Robo Helmet.

A Sim with a high skill can use Feel the Crowd, which changes the emotions of the room. The Telesplosion upgrade of the booth takes over the TVs in the room.

Dança

Dancing has 5 levels. Your Sim trains it with a mirror, a stereo, a dance floor, or a DJ booth. Level 3 gives a portable dance floor. Level 5 gives retro sneakers and a backflip.

Dance floors also have dance battles and group dances. At a bonfire, Sims can do a fire dance.

The EA page, the Steam page, and Sims Community name these parts:

• Foosball, darts, and Don’t Wake the Llama.
• Bonfires, and cannonball contests from a jump platform at the pool.
• Knight Night, Ladies’ Night, and Ghost Night at the bars.
• A walk-in closet, a dance floor, and café drinks.
• Club rivals.

In February 2026, a patch added more club activities, Sims Community says. Two of them, Use Voodoo Doll and Offer Mentoring, work only in a club. Check the Notas de patch do Sims 4 for the newest changes.

Buy it if you want your Sims to have a social life outside the home. Clubs give Sims a reason to meet, and the rules make them act in groups. Clubs also work with the activities of many later packs.

Skip it if you play one family at home and rarely leave the lot. The pack has no new career and no new life stage. Steam reviews are Mostly Positive, and the Metacritic score is 72.

LifeSim is our game. It is free, with no ads, no subscription, and nothing to buy. It plays in a web browser at play.lifesim.com and in an iPhone app. You live one life in a real city, on a 3D map of Earth.

LifeSim fits the part of Get Together that is about friends. The people are AI characters with jobs, homes, and friends of their own. You talk to them in your own words, and they remember what you said.

LifeSim does not fit in other ways. It has no clubs, no perks, no DJ booth, and no build mode. It is not a mod or a pack for The Sims 4. You can bring your Sims, though: importar uma família do Sims 4, and each Sim becomes a person in LifeSim.

When did Get Together come out?

On PC and Mac in December 2015: December 7 on EA and Steam, December 8 on Wikipedia. On PS4 and Xbox One, on September 11, 2018.

What world comes with Get Together?

Windenburg, a European town with 4 neighborhoods, an island, ruins, and a hedge maze.

Can children join clubs?

Yes. Sims of child age and older can make or join a club. League of Adventurers is a club for children.

Is there a cheat for club points?

Do I need Get Together for clubs?

Yes. Clubs come only with this pack.

Is Get Together on console?

Yes. It came to PS4 and Xbox One in September 2018.
