Daily schedule and pay by level

Your Teen Sim works a morning shift from Monday through Friday. Each shift starts at 05:00 and lasts for 2 hours. This adds up to 10 hours of work per week at every level of the career.

You start at level 1 as a Coffee Stain Remover, earning 28 Simoleons per hour, or 280 Simoleons per week. At level 2, you become a Bean Blender and make 41 Simoleons per hour, which is 410 Simoleons weekly. Level 3 is Latte Artiste, paying 62 Simoleons per hour for a weekly total of 620 Simoleons.

Sims with the Business Savvy trait get a 10% bonus added to their hourly pay at every level. If your Sim quits the job, the level they rejoin at drops by one every 2 days.

Career branches and top pay

The Barista career does not split into branches. You follow a single track called Barista from level 1 to level 3.

Because there is only one path, you do not need to choose a branch. The top weekly pay for this track is 620 Simoleons at level 3. If you keep earning promotions past level 3, each overmax level adds 10 Simoleons to your hourly pay.
