Yes. The map shows the real Medina and its streets. Search for a place, such as a café near Jemaa el-Fnaa, and go there.

What language is the Marrakech life sim in?

English. There is no language setting. You type what you want to say in English, and the people answer you.

Can I visit the Majorelle Garden?

Yes. Search for it on the map and walk there. It is a real place in Marrakech.
