How to play a chef in LifeSim

  1. Describe your chef in the text box, and the food they cook.
  2. Name a food city, such as Paris, Tokyo, or Mexico City.
  3. Use place search to find real restaurants and markets, and go there.
  4. Go to a grand opening on the map, or plan a dinner outing with friends.

Can I cook food in LifeSim?

No. There is no cooking mini-game. Cooking is part of the story you write. Games like Cooking Mama focus on the cooking itself.

Can I open my own restaurant?

Not as a business system. On desktop, Build mode lets you draw a building and place it in your city, so you can make a place that looks like your restaurant.

Can I find real restaurants?

Yes. Search the map for a kind of place, such as "ramen" or "bakery", and go there.
