Work happens in Italian restaurants, social clubs, neighborhood pubs, and boxing gyms. In the United States, recruits start as associates and wait to take the oath of omertà. In London firms, recruits prove themselves in East End boxing gyms and pubs to a guv'nor. In Japan, Yakuza apprentices called kobun serve a mentor called an oyabun before sharing sake in a sakazuki ceremony.

Marco, 34, works as a junior consigliere in Chicago. Tension over a nightclub district threatens to start a feud between two rival crews. Marco edits his cast to add his boss and a rival captain.

He uses place search to find the historic Green Mill Cocktail Lounge on the 3D map. He plans an outing and invites both leaders to a formal sit-down. They talk in open text, and the rival captain remembers Marco's fair words at the end of the week.

Your morning in London starts when you check your daily to-do list. You add two tasks: check on the boxing gym in Bethnal Green and kick up tribute to the guv'nor. A crew member texts you about a rumor that an associate is talking to investigators.

In the afternoon, you search the map for The Blind Beggar pub in Whitechapel and walk there. You talk with your childhood friend in your own words to test his loyalty. That night, you attend a birthday drinks happening in the West End, and the day recap updates your cash.
