How fast do needs go down in The Sims 4?

Sims 4 needs decay: how fast hunger, energy and fun drop

A full Hunger bar empties in 16 Sim hours, Energy in 24, Bladder in 19.2, Fun in 22.4, Social in 38.4 and Hygiene in 48. Ages and traits change it: teens get hungry faster, and reward traits like Steel Bladder stop a need. Here are the rates and every modifier.

A need bar runs from 100 (full) to −100 (empty), and the game tunes its fall per Sim minute. Moodlets and objects can change it for a while. When Sims act on their own, how much a low need matters is on the autonomy page.
