Where do you catch each fish in The Sims 4?

Sims 4 fishing: where to catch every fish

The Sims 4 has 54 fish you can catch with a rod. Each world has its own lists of fish for its freshwater, ocean and fishing spots, and rare spots give the rare fish. Some fish need a fishing level, and bait raises a fish's chance. Here is every fish, with the level, the bait and the best places to catch it.

The chance is the fish's share of the list's weights when a Sim catches a fish there. Bait, the Fishing skill, moodlets and lot traits change it in play. A fish that needs a level can't bite below it. Bait names the kind of item to put on the hook: a frog, a small fish, fresh fruit or flowers. Fish you catch count toward the fish collection.

Each world has a list for each kind of water: freshwater and ocean, and common, uncommon and rare fishing spots (the spots with fish swimming in them). Bellacorde, Dambele and Verdemar are the neighborhoods of Ondarion, the Royalty & Legacy world. Worlds without their own lists use the default list.
