Lima is the capital of Peru, on cliffs above the Pacific Ocean. It almost never rains, but a gray sky covers the city for much of the winter. The city is famous for its food, from ceviche to Peruvian Chinese dishes called chifa.

Parks on the cliffs, paragliders above the sea, and surf beaches below.

Barranco

Colorful old houses, art galleries, and the Bridge of Sighs.

The Historic Center

The Plaza Mayor, carved wooden balconies, and old churches.

How it works

  2. The game reads the city from your text and puts you in the real Lima, on a 3D map.
  3. Live day by day. Go to real places, meet people, and talk to them in your own words.

Questions

Can I be a chef in Lima in LifeSim?

Yes. Make your character a chef, for example a ceviche cook in Miraflores. There is no career ladder. The people you meet react to your job in the story.

Can I visit Machu Picchu from Lima?

Machu Picchu is far from Lima, in the mountains near Cusco. To live close to it, write Cusco, Peru in your character text instead.

Do I have to play in Spanish in Lima?

No. You play in English, the only language in LifeSim. The streets of Lima keep their real names.
