How Movement skill points scale by level
Each level of the Movement skill asks for more points than the level before it. You start by needing 119 points for level 1, and then 180 more points to reach level 2. At level 2, your toddler has 299 total points.
The point jumps grow larger in the middle and late levels. Level 3 asks for 280 new points, and level 4 asks for 360 new points. The biggest jump is at level 5, which takes 500 points from level 4 to reach 1,439 total points.
Fastest ways to level the Movement skill
Emotions change how fast your toddler gains Movement points, and multiple active boosts multiply together. Being Energized gives a 1.4 multiplier, and being Very Energized raises that multiplier to 1.6. Some entries also list a 0.786 multiplier for Energized and Very Energized, while Happy and Very Happy give 0.875. Avoid Sad and Very Sad emotions, since they slow your gain to 0.8 and 0.6.
Traits and moodlets can speed up your progress even more. The Wild trait gives a 1.15 multiplier, and the Physically Gifted trait gives a 1.25 multiplier. For moodlets, Dedication and Perfected each multiply skill gain by 1.5, while Decontaminated and Medicated lower it to 0.75.
General skill boosts give the largest multipliers for your toddler. Parental Guidance and Skilling on Up multiply your skill gain by 3. Snaggle Flustered gives a 4 multiplier.
What higher Movement levels unlock and cheats
Reaching level 3 of the Movement skill unlocks the Build Tower interaction for your toddler. The other levels do not gate any specific interactions or recipes in the game files. No careers ask for this skill for promotions.
