This schedule stays the same from level 1 through level 4. You do not get any paid days off, as the PTO earned per day worked is 0.
Pay per hour is absent across the entire track. Because it is a volunteer after-school activity, your Sim does not earn Simoleons as they advance to higher levels.
Drama Club branches and level structure
Unlike full-time careers in the game, Drama Club does not split into separate branches. Every Sim in this activity follows the exact same path from start to finish.
You begin at level 1 as a Stage Beginner and move up to level 2 as a Line Learner. Level 3 makes your Sim a Practical Performer, and level 4 is Junior Artiste.
Since there are no branches and no hourly wages, you do not need to pick a path for better pay. If your Sim quits, the days to level loss is 0.

When your Sim's performance gets close to the promotion line, they have a 1% base chance for an early promotion. No multipliers change this rate, and the game files list no demotion chance.
