Need drain, skill gain, and moodlet changes

This trait gives your Sim a ×1.1 multiplier on skill gain for all skills. Your Sim's Fun need drains ×0.8 as fast, and their Social need drains ×0.9 as fast.

The trait also changes romantic moodlets. It blocks the Flirty moodlet from Titillating Banter completely. Your Sim does not get that moodlet at all.

Major relationship milestones give weaker, shorter Fine moodlets instead of Happy ones. Getting a new partner, getting engaged, or getting married gives a Fine moodlet with a weight of 1 for 4 hours.
