Is there a free CEO simulator game?
Ceo simulator
Yes. A CEO simulator lets you run a business and lead a team of executives. In LifeSim, you play a chief executive in any real city on a 3D map. It is free and runs in your browser with no download.
A young tech founder in San FranciscoHow to play a CEO in LifeSim
- Describe your CEO in the text box with a name, age, company type, and background story.
- Name a real city like London, Tokyo, or Frankfurt in the text to start on that real 3D map.
- Edit your cast to add your Chief Financial Officer, board members, and family.
- Use place search to find real offices, restaurants, and convention centers for your daily meetings.
A sample life: a startup founder in San Francisco
Maya, 26, builds software in a small apartment in San Francisco. She gets a large check from a venture capital firm and becomes a real CEO overnight. She sets a life goal to hire fifty people and keep her burn rate low.
In her first week, she edits her cast to add a Chief Operating Officer named David. They use a group text thread to talk about company runway and deliverables. She uses place search to find a restaurant for an evening business dinner with investors. When Maya promises a fast product pivot, the investor remembers it in their next chat.
A day as a CEO in New York
Your day in New York City starts early with text messages from your Chief Financial Officer. You check your daily to-do list: review EBITDA reports, approve budgets, and prepare a slide deck. You walk your character down Wall Street past the New York Stock Exchange.
At noon, you go to Midtown Manhattan to meet a candidate for a top leadership role. You interview them in your own words with no dialogue menus. At night, the day ends with a recap of your moments, and your cash changes based on your activities.
Life outside the boardroom
Real executives say it is lonely at the top because you cannot show doubt to staff. Even on vacation, a leader rarely stops thinking about the business. In LifeSim, your family and friends have their own routines and notice when you miss an event.
Happenings appear on the map, such as a grand opening, birthday drinks, or karaoke. You can step away from work to plan a weekend outing to a park in Canary Wharf or Marunouchi. If you ignore your partner for work emergencies, your relationship changes.
From startup pitch to company legacy
You can start your story as a young founder in Singapore or a veteran president in Tokyo. In Japan, traditional firms promote a Daihyo Torishimariyaku Shacho from inside the company after decades of loyalty. In LifeSim, you write your background in the character box and play it day by day.
There is no career ladder menu or automatic salary. You play out product launches, layoffs, and boardroom rivalries through open conversation and calendar goals. As time moves forward, your character ages through life stages and can pass the family business to their kids.

Questions
Is there a stock market or factory system in LifeSim?
No. LifeSim does not have a stock market, supply chains, or job performance scores. For deep factory and stock market trading, play Capitalism Lab on PC.
Can I walk inside my corporate office?
No. The 3D map shows real buildings from the outside only, with no interiors or rooms. You act out boardroom meetings and investor pitches in open text chats.
Do real CEOs need a government license?
In the United States and the United Kingdom, you do not need a license to be a CEO. In the UK, formal company leaders must register as directors with Companies House.
Can I build my own company headquarters on the map?
Yes, on a desktop computer. Build mode lets you draw a building, turn it into a 3D model, and place it in your city.
How do I talk to my employees and board members?
You talk to people in your own words, in person or by text message. You can edit your cast to add a Chief Financial Officer or a business partner.
