Is there a Frankfurt life simulator game?
Frankfurt life simulator
Yes. LifeSim puts you in the real Frankfurt on a 3D map with real streets. You describe a character and live there day by day. The people in the city have jobs and routines, and they remember your chats. It is free and runs in the browser.
Start a life in FrankfurtLife in Frankfurt
Frankfurt sits on the Main River in Hesse and serves as continental Europe's main financial hub. Workdays move fast around the skyscrapers of Mainhattan, the data centers, and the international airport. After work, residents walk the flat inner city, cycle along the riverbanks, and gather in neighborhood apple wine taverns.

A sample life: a banker's first month
Lukas, 29, moves to a flat in Nordend to work as a compliance officer. He sets two life goals: make three local friends and visit every museum on the Museumsufer. On his first day, he walks to Merianplatz and talks to a neighbor in his own words.
In week two, a coworker starts a group text thread to plan an outing. They pick a tavern on Klappergasse in Sachsenhausen and walk there together on the map. Lukas greets the group with Gude, the local Hessian hello, and they remember it the next day.
In week three, a birthday drinks happening appears on the map near Konstablerwache. Lukas goes, meets a student from Goethe University Frankfurt, and talks about life in the city. Each day ends with a recap, and his cash and relationships change with his activities.
A day in Frankfurt in LifeSim
Say you start as a 26-year-old IT engineer living in Bockenheim. In the morning, you check your daily to-do list and search for a café on Leipziger Straße. You walk there on the 3D map and chat with the barista before work.
In the afternoon, you cross the Eiserner Steg footbridge to the south side of the Main River. Locals call the north side Hibbdebach and the south side Dribbdebach. A friend texts you on their own to ask about your weekend plans.
That evening, a house party happening appears on the map in Bornheim. You join the party, meet the host, and talk until late. The day ends with a recap of your moments, and the people you met update their journals.
Food, apple wine, and going out
Frankfurt has distinct local food and drink traditions. You can search the map for the Kleinmarkthalle on Hasengasse or the weekly market at Konstablerwache. In your chats, you can talk about eating Frankfurter Würstchen, Handkäs mit Musik, or Grüne Soße over potatoes.
For upscale delis and outdoor cafés, search for Große Bockenheimer Straße, known locally as Freßgass. For international street food and late-night bars, go to Kaiserstraße or Münchener Straße in the Bahnhofsviertel. Casual neighborhood bars line Berger Straße in Bornheim.
In Sachsenhausen, taverns like Adolf Wagner and Dauth-Schneider sit near Klappergasse and Schweizer Straße. Here, people share long wooden tables and drink apple wine, either straight or sauer gespritzt with sparkling water. Plan an outing to one of these streets and walk there with your friends.
Famous places to search for on the map
You can search for real Frankfurt landmarks on the 3D map and walk to them. Go to the Römerberg to see the Old Town square, or visit the nearby Goethe House. In the banking district, find the Main Tower, or walk to the Alte Oper concert hall at Opernplatz.
For shopping, search for the Zeil pedestrian street and the MyZeil mall. When you want green space, take a walk to the Palmengarten botanical garden in Westend. On the south bank, visit the Städel Museum along the river and meet people outside.

Questions
Can I work at a bank in Frankfurt in the game?
Yes. You can write a job at Deutsche Bank or the European Central Bank into your character text. The game has no salary or stock market, so your days focus on people and chats.
Can I ride the U-Bahn or drive on the Autobahn?
No. LifeSim has no trains you ride and no cars you drive. You search for stations like Hauptwache or Konstablerwache on the 3D map and go there directly.
Is the game in German?
No. LifeSim is in English only. People in Frankfurt speak to you in English, while streets like Berger Straße keep their real names.
What does Ebbelwoi mean in Frankfurt?
Ebbelwoi is the local tart apple wine in Frankfurt. Servers pour it from a stoneware jug called a Bembel into a diamond-patterned glass called a Geripptes.
Can I go inside the Römer or the Städel Museum?
No. Buildings on the map show from the outside only, with no interiors or rooms. You can meet friends outside the Städel Museum or on the Römerberg square and talk.
