Sims 4 pregnancy cheats: what works for twins, labor and teens
No cheat makes a Sim pregnant or forces twins: every pregnancy command in the game's files is a test command, and pregnancy.start and pregnancy.force_offspring_count did nothing in our check on November 7, 2026. What works is traits.equip_trait trait_Fertile, without testingcheats: the Fertile trait raises the chance of twins from 10% to 20%.
Players look for a pregnancy cheat to make a Sim pregnant, to force twins, or to skip labor. The Sims 4 has commands for that, but only in its test tools: the game you play refuses them, with testingcheats on or off.
What a cheat can do is change the odds. The Fertile trait raises the chance of twins and triplets, and traits.equip_trait gives it to a Sim without the rewards store.

Make a Sim pregnant without a cheat
Two Sims with a romantic relationship can choose Try for Baby, for example in a bed. If it works, the Sim gets pregnant, and a pregnancy test on a toilet confirms it.
To get a baby without a pregnancy, adopt one through the phone or the computer.
Labor and birth
No command starts labor or makes the baby come. To get there sooner, run the clock fast: clock.setspeed three works without testingcheats. When labor starts, click the Sim and choose Have Baby.
Teen pregnancy
The game has no cheat or option that lets teens try for a baby, and every pregnancy command in its files is a test command. Players who want it use mods on PC and Mac.
