Different actions give your Sim this moodlet in Sim time. In the Base game, climbing sessions, brawls, and fights give an Uncomfortable version for 6 hours with a weight of 3. Going to work in the Base game can give an Energized version for 8 hours with a weight of 1. The Base game also has a Tense version that lasts 2 hours.

Packs add more triggers. In For Rent, the Plead to Stay interaction gives a Happy version for 4 hours. Intimidate to Stay gives a Confident version for 4 hours. For Rent also includes an Energized version that lasts 4 hours with a weight of 3.

Exploring Batuu caves gives an Uncomfortable version for 3 hours. Adventure Awaits has a Happy version that lasts 12 hours, and Businesses & Hobbies also includes a version.
