Normally, the Bladder need drains by 0.1736 per Sim minute. While the Uncomfortable version is active, the Bladder need drains ×1.2 as fast and drops ×1.2 as much.

Sims with the Toddler trait are blocked from getting the Uncomfortable version. The game also includes separate Sad and Angry versions with a weight of 1 and no timer.

How to remove the Has to Pee moodlet

Because this moodlet has no timer, you must remove its cause to clear it. For the Uncomfortable version, move your Sim's Bladder need out of the -75 to -50 band.
