Is there a nanny simulator game?
Nanny simulator
Yes. In LifeSim, you play a nanny in a real city on a 3D map. You talk to the parents and children in your own words, and they remember you. The game is free in the browser and in the iPhone app.
A Norland graduate in LondonHow to play a nanny in LifeSim

What real nannies do and how they train
Real nannies prepare meals, manage nap schedules, run school drop-offs, and take children to libraries and playgrounds. In the trade, they call the children NKs for Nanny Kids and the employers MB and DB for Mom Boss and Dad Boss. Many work sole charge while parents commute, while others work a nanny share for two families or a 24/7 rota schedule.
In the United States, nannies usually hold Pediatric First Aid and CPR certificates from the American Red Cross. In the United Kingdom, standard entry includes an Enhanced DBS check, and elite nannies train at Norland in Bath. In Australia, every state mandates a Working With Children Check, called a Blue Card in Queensland, plus unit HLTAID012 for first aid.
Life outside work and days off
Ten hours a day with toddlers can bring adult isolation. Nannies often build peer networks on park benches while children nap in double strollers. They also watch out for job creep, which happens when bosses slowly add heavy housekeeping to the job.
In LifeSim, you manage your personal life alongside your job. On weekends or rota weeks off, people text you to join happenings like karaoke, birthday drinks, or house parties. You can go on dates, keep up with your own family, and plan group outings across the city.
A sample life: the park bench network
Clara, 26, works as a sole charge nanny in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. She sets a life goal to build a circle of nanny friends and avoid job creep with her bosses. Every afternoon, she uses place search to walk to the Brooklyn Public Library and local playgrounds.
In a group text thread with four other nannies, she learns that one friend's employers plan to move away without notice. Clara talks to her own Mom Boss in her own words to ask if the neighbors need childcare. The bosses remember the chat later that week, and Clara helps her friend line up an interview on the same block.
A day as a nanny in London
In the morning, your character wakes up in Kensington, London. You check your daily to-do list, which includes a walk to Hyde Park and a shift handover chat. Buildings show from the outside only, so the work happens on the 3D map and in conversation.
You plan an outing to Kensington Gardens and invite a fellow nanny and the older kid in your cast. As you walk the real streets, you talk as a group about the upcoming school term. In the evening, the Dad Boss texts you to ask you to stay late, and the day ends with a recap of your moments.
Prompts that work for a nanny life
Put your name, age, city, and work setup into the single character box. You can write "Hannah, 23, a Norland trained nanny in London, UK, working sole charge for a family in Mayfair." You can also try "Mei, 31, a live-in nanny in Mid-Levels, Hong Kong, who manages school runs."
For a travel role, write "Elena, 28, a rotational nanny in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, who works one week on and one week off." Once the life starts, open the cast menu to edit the parents and kids so they match your story.
