You only work on Saturday and Sunday in the Babysitter career. You choose a Morning shift starting at 07:00 or an Evening shift starting at 18:00. Each shift lasts 6 hours, so you work 12 hours per week.

When your work performance is close to the promotion line, you have a 1% base chance for an early promotion. The Entrepreneurial trait multiplies this chance by 10. The Growth Mindset moodlet multiplies the chance by 5.
If your performance falls to the demotion line at the end of work, the base demotion chance is 100%. The Professional Slacker trait multiplies this chance by 0, which means you get no demotion.
