Every level in this job asks for 4 hours a day and 20 hours a week. You pick a morning shift starting at 06:00 or an evening shift starting at 17:00. Each work day gives you 0.25 paid days off.
Your work days move earlier in the week as you advance. Level 1 works Wednesday through Sunday, and level 2 works Tuesday through Saturday. By level 3, you work Monday through Friday.
Pay starts at 16 Simoleons an hour as a Table Cleaner, or 320 Simoleons per week. A Fry Cook at level 2 earns 18 Simoleons an hour and 360 Simoleons per week. At level 3, a Food Service Cashier makes 20 Simoleons an hour and 400 Simoleons per week.

The Entrepreneurial trait applies a 10 multiplier to this chance, and the Growth Mindset moodlet applies a 5 multiplier. If your performance hits the bottom at the end of a shift, the demotion chance is 100%, unless the Professional Slacker trait drops that multiplier to 0.
