You work a fixed morning shift on Saturdays and Sundays. Your shift starts at 07:00 and lasts for 5 hours each day. This gives you a total of 10 work hours per week across the career.
At level 1, you work as a Lawn Mower and make 45 Simoleons per hour, or 450 Simoleons per week. Level 2 promotes you to Landscaper with a pay of 59 Simoleons per hour, or 590 Simoleons per week. At level 3, you become a Backhoe Operator and earn 70 Simoleons per hour, which is 700 Simoleons per week.
You earn 0.25 paid days off for each day you work. After you reach level 3, you can still earn overmax raises. Each overmax level adds 10 Simoleons to your hourly pay.
Career tracks and trait pay bonuses

Poor performance can lead to a demotion. Your performance might fall to the demotion line at the end of work. If it does, you face a 100% chance of demotion. The Professional Slacker trait multiplies this chance by 0, which prevents demotion. If you quit the job, the level you rejoin at drops by one every 2 days.
