In the Base game, your Sim gets the Playful version from the Watch interaction. This version adds a weight of 1 toward Playful and lasts 2 hours, or 120 Sim minutes.

The Vampires pack adds two Dazed versions, and each one has a weight of 10. A weight of 10 pulls your Sim hard toward the Dazed mood.

One Vampires version comes from the Route to Target interaction and lasts 4 hours, or 240 Sim minutes. The other Vampires version has no timer, meaning it lasts while its cause lasts.

How to avoid or remove the Mesmerized moodlet

You can avoid the timed versions by skipping the Watch and Route to Target interactions. Otherwise, you can wait 2 hours or 4 hours in Sim time for the timer to run out.
