How long the Relaxed moodlet lasts

The game files do not list direct interactions or traits that trigger or change the 8 versions. Each version comes from either the Island Living pack or the Spa Day pack.

The Island Living version gives a Happy emotion with a weight of 2. It lasts for 3 hours, which is 180 Sim minutes. Spa Day has a Happy version with a weight of 2 that lasts 6 hours, or 360 Sim minutes.

Spa Day also includes a Confident version with a weight of 2 that lasts 12 hours, or 720 Sim minutes. The remaining Spa Day versions give a Fine emotion with a weight of 0 and last 6 hours, or 360 Sim minutes.

How to remove the Relaxed moodlet

You can wait for the timer on the moodlet to run out in Sim time. It disappears on its own after 3 hours, 6 hours, or 12 hours, depending on the version.
