The Mentally Gifted trait in The Sims 4 is a bonus and reward trait from the Base game. You earn this trait by completing the Whiz Kid Aspiration.

It gives your Sim a ×1.25 multiplier to skill gain for mental skills. Human Sims can keep this trait from the Child stage through the Elder stage.
