Traits and moodlets stack with emotions by multiplying together. Traits like Strong Mental Affinity, Moderate Mental Affinity, and Mentally Gifted give multipliers of 1.4, 1.3, and 1.25. You also get a 2 multiplier from the Omega Brain Boost moodlet, or 1.5 from the Dedication and Perfected moodlets.
General skill boosts give the biggest speed increases. The Snaggle Flustered boost multiplies your skill gain by 4. Parental Guidance increases your gain by a multiplier of 3, and the Skilling on Up boost also gives a multiplier of 3.
Unlocks at higher levels and the skill cheat
