Sims with this trait build social skills at a ×1.4 rate. They get it by having a parent with Social Affinity, or you can add it with a cheat.

This trait gives a ×1.4 multiplier to skill gain for social skills. This hidden effect multiplies with other active skill boosts your Sim has. You will notice your Sim leveling up their social abilities faster than usual.

The trait does not add any new moodlets or replace existing ones. It also does not provide any career pay bonuses. In addition, 0 interactions in the game check for this trait.

Who it suits and how to get it

This trait suits human Sims of any age, from Newborn through Elder. It does not conflict with any other traits in the game. A Sim earns it naturally by having a parent with Social Affinity.

You can also add or remove the trait in Live mode using the cheat console. Press Ctrl + Shift + C on PC or Cmd + Shift + C on Mac to open the box. You do not need to turn on testing cheats first.

Type traits.equip_trait trait_DynastyPerk_AffinitySocial3 to give the trait to your active Sim. If you want to take it away, type traits.remove_trait trait_DynastyPerk_AffinitySocial3 instead.
