The Fear of Homework trait does not add any hidden effects or career pay bonuses. It does not replace other moodlets or unlock any interactions that check for it. You only manage the extra Tense moodlet while your Sim has this trait.

How Sims get and remove the trait

Human Sims can get the Fear of Homework trait from the Teen age group through the Elder age group. It does not conflict with any other traits in the game. Your Sim can get this trait during the Go to High School interaction.
