The trait also changes how your Sim reacts to the Poor Performance moodlet. Normally, Poor Performance makes a Sim Embarrassed with a weight of 1 for 8 hours. With this fear, your Sim gets the Failing moodlet instead, which gives a Tense weight of 2 for 12 hours.

Trait conflicts, ages, and cheat codes

Only human Sims from the Teen age up to Elder can have the Fear of Failing Classes trait. It conflicts with the Lazy trait, so a Lazy Sim cannot get this fear.
