Only Teen, Young Adult, Adult, and Elder human Sims can have the Fear of Being Judged trait. It conflicts with the Self-Assured trait, so a Sim cannot have both at the same time.

Your Sim can get this fear from interactions like Act Tough, Annoy, or Abdicate Noble Position. Accusing a Sim of spying, being an alien, or being the burglar can also trigger it. Arguments about career, children, arguing, or dirty surroundings can give your Sim this trait too.

You can add or remove this fear in Live mode using the cheat console. Press Ctrl + Shift + C on PC or Cmd + Shift + C on Mac.
