Nobody knows exactly how this will affect the plants, but your Sim's superior has tasked him/her to fix the situation. What will your Sim do with these chemical soaked specimens? Allow the plants to grow and study the effects or apply a chemical countermeasure against the fertilizer to attempt to save the plants?
Best for job performance: Chemical Countermeasure.

Business has been booming and your Sim has been making twice as many arrangements as usual. To keep supplies up he/she needs to pollinate his/her plants to expand their garden further. Install Bee Box
- 50%: Your Sim decided to install a bee box and the bees quickly went to work. They not only expanded the garden but now the store has a replenishing source of honey. With the honey sales and expanded stock business is better than ever! (job performance +25)

Over Stalked

Tradition Derision
A fussy customer is complaining that the arrangements available are not contemporary enough for their tastes and requests that your Sim constructs a very specific arrangement for them. The customer's design is very ostentatious, but your Sim's boss stresses that the customer is always right. What does your Sim do? Best for job performance: Customer's Choice.
Customer's Choice
