When your work performance gets close to the promotion line, you have a 1% base chance for an early promotion. The Entrepreneurial trait multiplies this chance by 10, and the Growth Mindset moodlet multiplies it by 5. If your performance drops to the demotion line, the demotion chance is 100%, unless you have the Professional Slacker trait, which multiplies the chance by 0.
