The Creative trait is a base game personality trait in The Sims 4. You can assign it to human Sims from the Child age through the Elder age.

This trait adds 2 unique moodlets and connects to the Share Brilliant Ideas interaction. You can select it in Create a Sim or add it with a cheat in Live mode.

How the Creative trait affects moodlets and interactions

Creative Sims can get 2 moodlets from this trait. The Beautiful Inspiration moodlet adds an Inspired weight of 2 for 4 hours, which is 240 Sim minutes. This weight pulls the Sim toward the Inspired emotion.

They can also get the Feeling Uncreative moodlet, which adds a Tense weight of 1. This Tense moodlet has no timer, so it stays active while its cause lasts.

One interaction, Share Brilliant Ideas, checks for the Creative trait during its tests. The trait does not include any hidden multipliers, career pay bonuses, or moodlet replacements.
