The Wiggly trait is a base game personality trait for human infants in The Sims 4. It speeds up how fast the Fun need drops and swaps Sad low-fun moodlets for Angry ones.
You can select this trait in Create a Sim when making an infant. You can also add or remove it in Live mode with a cheat.

How the Wiggly trait affects infant needs
Wiggly infants lose their Fun need ×1.25 as fast as other infants. You need to entertain them more often to keep their mood up.
When Fun gets low, the trait replaces the usual Sad moodlets with Angry moodlets. Instead of the No Fun moodlet with a Sad weight of 1, the infant gets No Fun Times with an Angry weight of 2. If Fun drops further, the Desperate for Fun moodlet becomes an Angry moodlet with a weight of 3.
These replacement moodlets have no timer, so the anger lasts until you raise the infant's Fun need. No social or object interactions in the game check for the Wiggly trait.
How to get or remove the Wiggly trait
Only human infants can have the Wiggly trait. It comes with the base game and does not conflict with other traits. It suits households where caregivers have time to keep an infant's Fun need full.
You can pick the trait in Create a Sim, or use the cheat console in Live mode. Press Ctrl + Shift + C on PC or Cmd + Shift + C on Mac to open the console.
Type traits.equip_trait trait_Infant_Wiggly to add the trait, or traits.remove_trait trait_Infant_Wiggly to take it away. You do not need to turn on testing cheats for these commands.
