The Intense trait in The Sims 4 is a base game personality trait for human Infants. It replaces several of your Infant's usual Sad moodlets with Angry moodlets instead.
Along with these moodlet swaps, this trait makes your Infant's Hygiene need drop faster. You can choose it in Create a Sim or add it with a cheat in Live mode.

How the Intense trait changes Infant moodlets and Hygiene
Other Infants get Sad from moodlets like Filthy, No Fun, or All Alone. An Intense Infant gets Angry moodlets instead, which have no timer and last while their cause lasts.
Some replacement moodlets also pull harder toward Angry than the usual moodlets pull toward Sad. The Hangry and No Fun Times replacements have a weight of 2 instead of 1.
Intense Infants also lose Hygiene faster than other Infants. Their Hygiene need drains 2 times as fast and drops 2 times as much.
Who can have the Intense trait and how to get it
Only human Infants can have the Intense trait. It comes with the base game and does not conflict with any other traits. It suits players who want an Infant that gets Angry instead of Sad.
You can pick the Intense trait in Create a Sim when you make an Infant. In Live mode, open the cheat console with Ctrl + Shift + C on PC or Cmd + Shift + C on Mac.
Type traits.equip_trait trait_Infant_Intense to add the trait, or traits.remove_trait trait_Infant_Intense to remove it. You do not need to turn on testingcheats true for these cheats to work.
