A Sim with the Wise trait learns faster and makes friends more easily. The trait applies a ×1.5 multiplier to skill gain for all skills. It also applies a ×1.5 multiplier to friendship gains. These hidden multipliers stack by multiplying with other active effects.

This trait does not add any special moodlets or replace existing ones. It also provides no career pay bonuses, and 0 interactions check for it.

Who can be Wise and how to get it

Only human Elder Sims can have the Wise trait. It suits older Sims who want to build friendships and learn skills quickly. The Wise trait conflicts with the Cringe, Snob, Hot-Headed, and Erratic traits, so you cannot combine them.

You can pick the Wise trait in Create a Sim or get it through the Age Up interaction. You can also use a cheat in Live mode without turning on testing cheats. Open the cheat console, then type traits.equip_trait trait_Wise to add it or traits.remove_trait trait_Wise to remove it.
