Specific moodlets increase your learning speed even more. The Artistic Endeavors moodlet multiplies skill gain by 3, and Creative Spark multiplies it by 2.5. Fluttering Bliss and Inspirational Flowers both offer a 2 multiplier.

Other moodlets like Creative Boost, Dedication, and Fortune: You're a Creativity Wizard give a 1.5 multiplier. General skill boosts also help, such as Snaggle Flustered with a 4 multiplier, or Parental Guidance with a 3 multiplier. Active multipliers multiply together for faster progress.

Unlocks at higher levels and the skill cheat

Higher levels unlock new interactions on the instrument. At level 2, you unlock Plunk for Inspiration, and level 5 unlocks a new Practice interaction. Level 7 lets your Sim Play Haunting Music.

Creative Sims gain song options near the end of the skill track. You unlock Write Song at level 8 and License Song at level 9. No careers require this skill for promotions.
